About Us

My husband and I recently moved to a new area in Central Florida, which opened up many new dining options for us.  With so many places to choose from, we decided to start a tradition of eating at a 'new to us' restaurant each week.  Thus, the concept of New Restaurant Tuesday was born! 

The guiding rules are:

- The restaurant must be local

- Neither one of us have been there

We started this in January 2022. After a few months in, friends started asking what our favorites were, thus the New Restaurant Tuesday Blog began!  Keep in mind, neither one of us have any formal culinary training, nor do we have jobs in the restaurant industry.  We just love food, enjoy a nice meal out, and wanted a way to share our experiences!
